April is a pop-conceptual artist and writer preferring to find beauty in the mundane, the grotesque, and the overlooked. She has an interdisciplinary studio fine arts degree in painting and drawing and works in various other mediums as well to satisfy her need for variety. April has been making art professionally since 2005, and teaching art since 2016. Children and adults take classes in various mediums from her in Forest Grove and surrounding towns.
