Sierra Vial, an oil painter and multimedia artist, grew up in Scholls, Oregon attending the same elementary school as her aunts and uncles in the tight-knit community of Scholls. As a child, she would participate in many creative activities, inspired by her mother, and the wonders of growing up in the rural countryside.
As a recent graduate, with her BFA in Painting & Illustration, Sierra has participated in the Washington County Open Studios Mentorship program with Shari Erickson.
